I too, hope Spurs get a result.

But this has got to be the biggest no lose match for an Arsenal fan in the history of the game.

Spurs getting a result does us a massive favours.

Spurs getting whupped gives us a big laugh.

    My God Zaha is thick.
It's better to burn out, than to fade away.

By 'result' i assume you mean a draw? Short of it being the last game of the season and our needing them to win to enable us to win the league I could never wish for a Spuds victory

But yes, a fiesty card-and-injury-ridden draw would be good

If there's going to be a winner then I'd rather it be Spurs, it's just simple logic. We need City to drop points more than we do Spurs who are increasingly an irrelevance to us this season.
But a draw would be ideal.

We need to keep winning regardless and if they go on like this there's a real chance Spuds won't even quailfy for European football this year so I'd prefer they fell away altogether

Spurs win would be great. It would be mean at worst we’d be 5 points clear come Sunday whatever happens.

Let’s face it though, City will probably hammer them and they’ve also got Wolves at home on Sunday. So the chances are we’ll only be 2 points ahead come kick off with United.

As Gary says, any result would be good for different reasons.
There's part of me that likes the idea of the knuckle-draggers leaping around after a Spurs winner before the cogs of their Neanderthal brains slowly tick round, they realise what just happened and think "Oh...shit!"

Spurs have a good record against City

Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a draw tonight
