You can pin the boring tactics on Arteta, but not the lack of quality in players we know very well aren't this bad. The simple stuff, they are fucking it up. I suppose if they have instructions to be dull then that limits their ability to entertain, but it doesn't explain their inability to lay a simple pass, or maintain composure when the opposition comes within 100 yards.
