You joke, but that's pretty much what has happened in some other seasons and this year and this year we're in touch. Partly because of other teams' failings but it doesn't really matter why.

Fair point but we need a squad to do that........last I heard was that with all the injuries we are offering contracts to striking junior doctors......as long as they can play in midfield and don't mind a bit of overtime in the physio dept
The striking Junior doctors thing got me thinking the other day, was wondering whether we would be affected! Typical Arsenal thing to employ a bunch of Junior doctors on the cheap!
We'll be top of the league after we beat Bournemouth on Monday.
