Erm - what about me? I never wanted to settle for second best, which is what Schneiderlin is. Decent journeyman, like a host of others we have been linked to that would make no overall difference to our game.

We missed the big deal - Vidal. That was the one. We didn't even try.

We'll finish above them.
Don't count on it. As a football fan you can probably sense when something is right with a team and when something is wrong. The team that wanker van Gaal is putting together seems right to me. I can see it, it reminds me of Ferguson's early teams, authoritative if not spectacular presence in the midfield (something the have lacked for years), more pace wide and a willingness to use it. True about the striker. If they end up going with shrek we are safe. But Pedro is a worry. Luckily that greedy bastard De Gay is causing big problems at the back. Hope that drags and drags because Romero looks out of his depth. Then again, so did the Gay bloke when he first arrived.

All that said - for as long as they keep playing that lump Fellatio I'm not worried. That indicates for all the money spent they aren't a serious team just yet.

I like him, and kinda wish we'd bought him. But he's obviously not a world class player. He's a decent, dependable player like a 2012 Arteta. Nothing less, nothing more. He's too limited on the ball to be anything special.

    Brugge 0-1 Man United, ROOOOOOOOAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEYYYYYYY!!!!!

He's back! Just like Memphis was back against them then not back against Newcastle.

Brugge are really rubbish, but in fairness are also injury-ravaged. Not only did United get the easiest draw possible, the easiest draw ever for an English team, but the poor minnows they faced were completely depleted. We'll get Real Madrid in next year's qualifier.
