He is a good pundit, probably the best around but he has looked out of depth so far.

I suppose you have to give him credit for actually going out and attempting to manage a club, rather that sitting in a studio talking about it. But I wonder why he opted to start in Spain in a league so unbalanced this was bound to happen. It has killed his managerial career before it got started. He'll have to go back to the English lower leagues and try again when the dust settles.
