Phil Neville was saying that John Stones has improved this season and that City's defence was being let down by their foreign defenders, he honestly said this.
To be fair Alan Shearer pulled him up on it and said that John Stones cost 50million and was making basic errors every week, Phil Neville wouldn't have it, Otamendi he said was the problem and their full backs.
