Glad you're ready for it, always better to be prepared when you have walking disasters playing.

You clearly speak the truth when you say you don't watch much, because your ignorance is crystal clear.

Nothing much to debate here. Kos has been, without doubt, nothing short of excellent this season. I don't know whether he can keep it up. Arshavin looked fantastic but then rapidly declined. But kos is performing so consistently that it's getting to the point where it's not just 'good form', but actually suggests he is a top defender. He'll have a game where he fucks up. Vidic does. Vermaelen did yesterday. Szczesny will have a day where needless sidestepping the attacker will backfire. But it won't make him a bad keeper because on average he has been a 8/10 keeper. At the moment, Kos is a 9/10 defender.

Kozza has been good all season. We've looked solid at the back since Merts arrived. I don't think the defence is a problem this year. I'm more concerned about the middle and our attacking options.

I didn't get a chance to watch the game but it's worrying to hear that we struggled to pass the ball around. I heard Frimpong was terrible with his ball distribution and it shows how vital Song is but it also shows how ineffective Ramsey and Arteta can be. From what I hear, the passing improved once Rosicky came on. If fit, he should be starting ahead of Ramsey and maybe Benni should be getting more games as well.

Also, Gervinho hasn't turned into the goalscorer we all hoped he could be. You could tell from his Lille clips that he was a scruffy finisher. Also, his final ball isn't that good and suffer sometimes because of it. But, he has been effective.

We need someone to step their game up in the next half of the season. Walcott is still our second higest goalscorer and he's only on 4 goals. Now that we have no real wingbacks, Gervinho and Walcott we'll struggle a little and the central playere will have to do more to support and link up with them. Was reading on Zonal Marking the other day and it spoke on how Theo had a quite game because RVP was drifting towards Gervinho's side when playing against City because he was getting marked by Toure forced down that side. Ramsey and co should be the link between the wings and RVP so we can quickly switch play from flank to flank but that isn't happening.

After RVP, Koscielny has been our best player. Then Szczesny and Song probably. In fact, they've been equally as influential as it's a team game, not a RVP one as most idiots will try to convey.

I've pointed it out a few times (and maybe others have too) but Vermaelen has been quite shaky in a few games. His reckless runs forward can often leave us stupidly exposed too. Not that I'll be calling him rubbish now though, because this kind of stuff is outweighed by him being mostly excellent throughout his Arsenal career.

It would help if people actually watched games, rather than use their pre-conceived judgements to define a player.

And if you can't watch full games, that's fine. Just don't use Match Of The Day or Sky highlights for a full assessment of a game. And most importantly, don't make things up.

You don't really need to watch avidly to know what's going to happen with Wenger in charge, basically the same thing that happens every year.

Your statement makes no sense as it has nothing to do with how Koscielny has been playing this season.

Kos has been brilliant this season. Our back four looks better 'so far'. I just hope we can carry it on.

He's a player in his manager's image, he plays OK for a while then has a period when he can't do anything right.

Incidentally I watched the Man City game and low and behold he was partially at fault for the goal.
