So Suarez admitted to using a phrase that uses the word 'negro', not negrito or something similar (although it seems his evidence keeps interchanging the word). Evra's account of it, says Suarez used many different instances of the word negro.
Either way, even though there are many, many pages to read I can't see how Suarez can get off the charge.

This one in particular though doesn't reflect well on Liverpool.
Mr Dalglish told the referee that Mr Suarez responded with "you are black" having first
been taunted with "you are South American". Mr Comolli is not recorded as using the
word "taunted", but said that Mr Evra said "you are South American" to Mr Suarez who
responded with "Tues negro" which translates "you are Black". There is no suggestion here
that Mr Evra had said "Don't touch me", yet this seems now to be an essential part of Mr
Suarez's evidence. We were not given any explanation as to why the referee was not told
that Mr Evra had said "Don't touch me, South American", as opposed to "you are South
American".

Made me laugh when he read out the bit when Suarez was meant to have mentioned Evras skin colour and Evra said somthing like "say that again and il punch you" and Suarez apparently went "blackie blackie blackie"
It makes me laugh how they overlook the most crucial factor in this whole issue - which is Evra is one of the world's most massive cunts.

They could word it better, it does sound fairly amateurish at times.
What happens now is the United fans and media pick out the parts where it looks damning toward Suarez (the Mirror will be revelling in it), and the Liverpool fans pick out there parts where it is badly written and looks as if they're saying they're taking Evra's word as fact.
We wouldn't get it overturned, we could only affect the length of punishment so I think we should take it on the chin, considering a number of cup games are included in the 8-game run. Either way, we don't come out of it well.
