The best way for this to have been sorted would be for Suarez and Evra to say whatever the fuck they wanted to each other in the heat of the moment and then decided between themselves if they were man enough to privately apologise for it after the match. Well if thats the case, then why dont they appeal?
If you think you are being falsely accused and are not guilty of something then you will fight against it wont you, and you would then in turn follow the appeal process if you still think youve done nothing wrong.
LFC have chosen to accept it, so they should act like it and apologise. Not keep going on about how they havent done anything wrong.
Because the FA doesn't accept their case, the case itself is not in dispute so an appeal is futile.
