It's four games as it stands. Could be five if they deem it frivolous but I really don't understand why and how they decide it is.

I think they might deem it frivolous...isn't it basically the tackle they want to be seen to be stamping out? Winning the ball might help his case from a purely aesthetic perspective, though.

I tend to agree, I wouldn't have thought it would be repealed anyway. You don't have to make contact to be sent off, so unless they prove it wasn't a two footed challenge there isn't much hope.

He did what he could given the circumstances in the second half. Fortunate goal, but without he and Milner it would've been a damp squib. Nasri was invisible.
