I don't know why players celebrating the opponents unforced errors bothers me so much. When the crowd do it, that really pisses me off.

No, you're right but these guys are so adept at passing shots that it has gone out of favour really, not that it is something particularly worth trying on hard courts. Federer does it on occasion but only to surprise.
