First one was definitely not a penalty. Evra just waited until there was contact and fell. He wasn't pushed over, he wasn't stopped from getting the ball - he just fell. Now I use the "unless we want football to be a non-contact sport..." line as a joke for twats like Hansen justifying 2 footed lunges, but it would really have to be a non-contact sport if you're giving penalties for that.

Second one wasn't a penalty either.
