Is that what journalists do, go to the monitor and record the interview they didn't have themselves?

I don't know if it has shown before but I really quite resent the way Neville talks:

Riviere and Cabella...ooo it was risky buying them, being foreign and from another league. No mention of Colback being utter crap of course.

    Neville.

Now he says Stoke are never criticised on MNF because they always play to their maximum.

MotD2 was pretty hilarious, I thought.

In their "inspiration" section, defending ROOOOONEY of course, it was just a montage of hideous tackles, fouls and eventually plain old assaults from various "leaders" like Keane, Gerrard and Vieira. Not the times where they actually picked a team up and led them, but where they kicked the shit out the opposition. All in the name of glossing over and for all intents and purposes justifying the red card.

They also showed ROOOOONEY'S rousing Gladiatorial motivational speech against Leicester.... ignoring the fact everyone was ignoring him and they fucking lost. Brilliant leadership that.

Vieira for me was more of an example on how to play and infuence a game then neccesarily being a 'great' captain. My abiding memory of Vieira is picking the ball up from midfield and just motoring past everybody.

It's no surprise though, this is what a captain is expected to be in England. The idea of captaincy is way overdone anyway I say.

Neville criticised Mignolet for that Jagielka goal...what?

I don't understand how Mignolet was supposed to know Jagielka would strike it in that way and combined with how it curls away from him anyway.
