Did one of those happen to be arguably the best team in club history with possibly (well for me he is) the best player ever? Probably not.
In any case, it's rather a lazy way of looking at it. If it was a 'joke league' they wouldn't regularly have Europa League winners/runner-ups, nor would they have four teams through to the last 16 of the Champions League (even though Valencia have been really poor domestically this season). Presumably we can focus solely on this season given you're only looking at how far ahead Barcelona are, this season.
I don't know for sure what leagues you consider are not joke ones so I won't say too much in reply but on the assumption one of those is the Premier League, it's funny how the joke league has many players that have come to the Premier League and had an instant impact recently; one of those being the £2 million signing that is the joint top-scorer.
