Also building your team around Rooney, the biggest and most expensive fraud in PL history, is not going to help. Van CashMachine's injury record should seal the deal. They won't be able to sign five world class players, no CL, an already stupidly inflated wage bill plus yanks who are in it for the profit will prevent that.
