Never a doubt about his talent, but when you compare the workrate to that of Isengard, it’s fair to see why we’re lucky to be rid

It's better to burn out, than to fade away.

I watched Arsene Wenger - Invincible. Well worth it.
That's the first (and I believe only time) I heard Arsene admit he was wrong. That's all I ever wanted from the guy. That admission. Not to beat him with it, but to align reality with Wenger's fantasy and allow the club to move on.
The guy speaks a lot of wisdom that was missing during the final, dark years. If he'd have said it at the time I'd have been behind him. Water under the bridge I guess.
As it is, listening to him today, that counts as a reconciliation for me and allows me to better focus on the good rather than the bad.
Für eure Sicherheit
I thought it was great, reminded me of just how bloody good that team he built was and didn’t gloss over the later years too much. I wish he’d gone after that last Cup win. He still got a good send off and remains a club legend but he could have spared us and himself that final last season with all the bad feeling that brought.
NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.
He's history's greatest monster!

Seen bbc article with xhaka moaning about hatred from fans and how he was closed to leaving. No acknowledgement that booing was deserved or he did any wrong.
