I'm just disappointed that this club just seems to have low self esteem, it's like they don't even try anymore(unless he's under 20). I understand we can't pay the wages of some clubs, but damn whatever happen to recruiting.

Don't we have someone at the club who has the ability to sit and talk to potential signings and convince them that this club is the right for them.
