How does that affect his ranking in the US open?
He'd be fifth as it stands so that's probably part of the reason why he is vulturing a 500 and 250 tournament. Might not be the worst thing for him avoiding Berdych though.

It's today he is playing. He has changed his racquet, so that must be why he is playing the two clay touraments, gone from 90 to 98 inch. Shame he has given in to a more powerful racquet but no point being a martyr I suppose.
