He should be required to receive some sort of therapy before being allowed back. Something is clearly wrong with the guy.
I'm not sure receiving help would even work, this is just the kind of knuckle dragger he is and always will be.
There's a difference between knuckle-draggers and actual loonies though. Generally knuckle-draggers do so because they have no discernible talent so they make up for it with thuggery (and strangely get lauded for it in the English press while Wenger gets called a whining ninny for picking them up on it). But Suarez doesn't need to do things like this, he's one of the best players in the world. He's just a complete hat-stand.
