NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.

The Texas suit only names States that went Blue. Montana, a red state had the same electoral processes was not named in the suit.

This isn’t about defending democracy, it is about suppression.

What? None of that has any relevance to the case in hand. If the dems believe they have been harmed by constitutional irregularities in Montana they need to bring a suit. Which, if the same jurisdictional problems occurred in the state as did in the 4 defendant states in this case, they are equally entitled to do. But it doesn't really matter if such a case was won or lost because it could only achieve the same remedy being sought by Texas, namely sending the selection process back to the state legislature. Brad Heath needs to figure out what's going on.

But you're right, this has nothing to do with democracy. It is a constitutional matter.

Lack of standing, despite the fact GA filed in support? That technically now means states have no first or final recourse, a bizarre and unconstitutional argument. Yet again, dismissed without examination or ruling on the merits, let alone reaching the evidentiary stage. And all efforts for audits blocked by the individual states. The unwillingness to hear any of the filings or support the alleged results with audit trails tells the real story. If the court has been brazen enough to dismiss on standing in this instance, it will likely wash its hands with the parked Kelly vs PA suit too. This effectively changes the jurisdiction, legalities and practicalities of state election law, without a case being heard. Although I suspect the court will recover its decorum further down the line and find some way to rule on a related issue that repairs the unconstitutional outcome from this case.

Meanwhile, only Wisconsin managed to produce any argument in response that theoretically might have contained merit, with the other three states resorting to unlawyerly hyperbole and counter-arguments that were unrelated to the matter at hand and focused on remedies that weren't being requested. PA's response was particularly hysterical and vitriolic.

Leaving aside the politics for a moment and focusing on the constitutional issues, it would have been interesting to hear the court's argument, but it's unconscionable for them to have failed to respond at all. They could have found a halfway house by agreeing on the watertight constitutional arguments in principle while denying their practical application in this election, which at least would have been useful in protecting coming elections. But they didn't have the guts for even that much.

That just leaves the national security angle, but with the FBI and Barr already exposed as political rather than law enforcement actors it's entirely conceivable the Biden crime family could end up in the Whitehouse on Jan 20. If that happens it's a mystery tour from thereon out. Leftists and communists will celebrate the failure of the judicial system and hold their nose while two individuals that nobody outside Wall St, the Pentagon and Beijing can stomach are installed. But those celebrations won't be long lasting when it even dawns on them what's happening as the inevitable consequences unfold.

As the Chinese, who now hold the whip-hand, are alleged to say, may you live in interesting times. 2021 will sure be interesting.

Rand Paul is the last man standing against the freshly unleashed warmongers who are on the verge of passing a veto proof bill that will severely limit the commander in chief's ability to end wars without permission from said warmongers. Setting the table for what's to come. Ethiopia is to be the appetiser I hear.

Effectively, these neocons put forth a belief that the commander in chief has virtually unlimited powers to initiate wars but they are just fine with hamstringing and preventing the commander in chief from ending a war.

That post could potentially mean something if there were any evidence provided.

Five weeks after the election and there has been nothing but a complete shitshow in the courts that would find the lawyers getting themselves disbarred in just about any other western democracy.

Joe Biden has now won this election over 100 times.

That's simply untrue. Just because the media says so does not make it so. Only one of Trump's FOUR (SIX at a stretch) cases was ever permitted beyond the initial filing, all the rest being summarily dismissed on procedural grounds. Which does not mean they lacked merit or were tested on evidence. There's no point lying repeatedly about the courts, as CNN has done. There have been many cases brought to the courts, understandably considering the blatant nature of the fraud that marred this election. But only a handful were filed by the Trump campaign. And only one court had the courage to even look, a lower court at that.

    Won't look at the evidence.
Won't allow a day in court.
    Won't audit the results.
    Censorship across the board.

All the hallmarks of equity and transparency right there. Every single tactic from the left has been to obscure, evade and conceal - excluding one moment of honest and clarity from Wisconsin. The fraud didn't just occur on election day, it was rampant beforehand, during and up until this day.

I spoke on the phone to a guy in the States I have known for years, we haven't even discussed politics before. A casual, non-political, mention of the situation in the States plunged him into an angry series of denials that were culled, almost word for word, from the media. It was the strangest thing. I hadn't even known until that point he leaned left. It demonstrated in vivid terms how people who have only absorbed information from the mainstream media literally have no concept of what's happening and have lost all ability to think for themselves on this matter, and by extension any cultural matter.

When the truth is on your side you don't need to hide.

This will all come out in the end, even if not before Biden can be installed. And then people will have to look at it and make a very conscious effort to reject it. Like JFK, like 911, like Iraq, like coronavirus. The 2020 election sits with that catalogue of officialdom's lies, propped up by a diminishing majority that endorses such behaviour through silence, compliance and a lack of courage. There is a growing minority that stands against it, nonetheless.
