I wonder if the other matches that they've bid 'London' for would be all at Wembley or at other grounds. If the latter, Emirates would presumably be likely to host one.
I think they only use one stadium in a host city, so Wembley will always take precedence over the Emirates for these things. Plus they need the money, we don't.
