Should have plenty of places to fill if we offload...
Denilson, Bendtner, Arshavin, Squillacci, Djourou, Mannone, Santos and possibly Sanga (if he chooses) and not sure if Diaby might just retire??
Can't see many being promoted from the reserves yet and we should have funds to get players like...
Begovic, Benteke, Jovetic, would be excellent additions to the first team along with a proven CB (to compliment Kos or Verms, if Merts gets injured), A hard tackling and pacy RB (if Sagna departs) and a classic powerhouse defensive midfielder, Fernando of Porto?

Looks like Cesar is on his way so there's zero chance for Begovic.
Cesar is better anyway.

Will ches accept being number 2?
Or number 3 if Fabianski stays - think Szcez still has his kicking and distribution to work on, something which Fabianski seems to improved on since his little cameo role at the end of the season...
Szcez is still young and has a big mouth - if he becomes number 3 - then we could loan him to another prem or championship team - I'm not sure Fabianski is that happy at Arsenal - so we will see. No doubt they both need proper competition though.

I thought Chesney was pretty good when he got back in the side after being dropped, that save from Kone when it was 1-1 springs to mind.
Good move going for Cesar though.
I'd be happy with Cesar.
Not sure Chesney would be happy though. No keeper would be really if they were number 1 for a long time only to then be usurped. Well, unless you're Cudicini.
On the topic of keepers, Fulham are close to signing Stekelenburg.
That's a bit of coup, reminds me of when they got VDS.
