Ox was mostly there to defend and track back. He's not done too bad in our half, problems start when he gets over the halfway line. Theo way too lazy to do that job and I suppose he though Welbeck wouldn't be up to it yet in terms of match fitness. That's why I'd have played Ramsey there and put Elmo in the centre. Ramsey could have done the work and been less of a fuck up in Barca's half. I mean we've played Sanogo in the CL before so what does he have against playing Elmo, or you, or me?

Elmo just hasn't played enough to start CL. I'd have started Theo or Campbell on the wing. Sheer threat of Theo may have had them worried about leaving that side exposed. Campbell has the work rate and has a better end product than Ox.
