To have any chance of winning we first need to make it a contest, something we’ve proven to be incapable of doing against City for a number of meetings now.
If we lose then so be it, it’s not going to surprise anyone. Let’s just give it a good fucking go and put in a performance we can all be proud of whatever the result. Instead of just doing the usual act of turning up to pussyfoot around and eventually roll over.
Worse teams than us have beaten City this season, even Norwich managed it. We just need to play without fear but I know that’s a big ask for this team. It’s not impossible though.
