I would keep with sanogo. Although I don't see any world beater there, but he tries hard and should be given the easier game than the last two. Gnabry should play too if the ox is out. Arteta instead of flam no need for both. Sunderland have improved under poyet so it could be tricky after the match on Wednesday. But no feeling sorry for ourselves just get on with it and get three points.

    2-0.

Gibbs is injured again and you have to wonder if this guy will ever have ONE injury free season? always pulls his hammy.

Montreal, over the last few games, has been a total liability and is our weakest link right now. Id play Vermaelen at LB and the others pick themselves.

If the Ox is fit then id start him and Pod on the flanks with Sanogo upfront. Cazorla, Flamini and Jack in midfield. Although when you consider how much ground Jack and Flams covered, one of them at least could be rested.

No we need to go back to Giroud. I think he's got the message and rest he needs now.

As much as Sanago's recent performances have been a welcome relief from Giroud's poor form of late, let's not delude ourselves to think he's been that specatacular. No goals or assists and still looks a long way off being ready at the top level. Early season Giroud is still a noticeable improvement on Sanago and something we need to recapture if we want to make a run for the league.

Arsenal.com has Gibbs' injury as his buttock.

Trouble on the training ground? Arsenal duo Wilshere and Flamini in heated discussion

    Daily Mail's headline

I'd link the article, but fuck them getting page hits.

I doubt it to be honest, he's one of the crocks we keep on the books that misses half a season every every season, personally I'd call it a day and sign someone else who can play most of the time as we can't keep carrying injured players, it's one of the major problems at the club.

Giroud has been awful for ages, I'd pick Podolski and Sanogo over him. Podolki will get goals and Sanogo keeps our game fairly free flowing, Giroud just slows everything down with his lack of pace and headers backwards all the time, I really don't like to see him in the team these days, because our play becomes congested and very slow with him playing.
