Should be some opportunities for Rice; Odegard; Nwaneri...But we need to see better performances from the first 2.

Also, the players know that it's all on this now - we have had a decent rest and we need to be properly up for this one.
I’m of the view that even if they do come and attack it won’t make much difference to our ability to put the ball in the net

I’d love for Rice, Odegaard, Trossard to step up with the goals. I just really don’t see it. Even though he was missing ridiculous chances, I think Havertz holding up the ball is something we really miss

    But will see I guess

Anyway our overall last 16 record doesn’t make for happy reading

    Of 15 ties we’ve won 6

Away from home our record is

    5 wins 1 draw 9 defeats

    At home our record is

    7 wins 3 draws 5 defeats

We’ve scored 35 goals in 30 games, and conceded 43

Partey in for Jorginho, Calafiori in for Lewis-Skelly. Whilst I prefer Calafiori, he’s more likely to get done for pace (although just looking at their team news…they’ve got Perisic on the right hand side)

How shit must Sterling feel like that a defensive midfielder is preferred up front to him.

It was Timber on the end of it?

Either way…wasn’t willing to gamble and attack it
