I'd also have played Neto in goal, Tierney instead of MLS (or even Zin seeing as this is a meaningless game IMO) and someone else in place of Merino, NBO would have been an option if Arteta had bothered to give him minutes in previous games
You could even rest Saliba and play White, Kiwior, Tierney and Zin across the back
