They have been getting a bit worried about our form of late.

TBH this team had very little chance of performing against a Championship team with a lot of game time playing together; playing a 'cup final' in front of their home fans and looking for a giant killing. Our players look like they haven't played together before because they haven't. What disappoints me are the tactics - trying to do this intricate possession stuff with players far from on the same wavelength; the shambolic defending, and the performances of the likes of Debuchy; Chambers and Campbell who have shown that they are very far short of the backups they are supposed to be. On this showing, our squad looks very thin.

We've seen it before from Wenger. He's arrogant, he doesn't respect opponents. Last week he was talking about being humble. Words, words, words. Here are his actions.

When Wenger fucks up he fucks up BIG. And now he's chucking players into a loss for their début. For all the fun of being top and winning a CL match, the main liability remains the manager. He will always find a way to remind us never to trust him. Been here, seen it, done it but for Wenger it will all be new.

I kind of follow you but it's clear that our squad is thin on quality and we have to try to keep our first team players going if we are going to achieve anything this season, so I'm not going to lambast the manager too much on team selection.
