Did you choose to live there?....choose might be a stretch, but I chose to go to the university nearby (Keele)and then found out that my student accomodation was miles away in the city centre of Stoke on Trent (Hanley). Let this be a lesson to any young students, if you decide you'd rather go out on the piss than study this is the kind of thing you can expect to happen to you.
