I would say the Rumble match itself should be at half 2 but I am waking up at 2 to make sure. The PPV itself starts at 1am.

I'll see how I feel, tempted to watch it live as it's been a long time I've seen the Royal Rumble live but I don't want to be tired tomorrow

Fuck it, I'm staying up if the stream is any good. The last Royal Rumble I watched must have been 2002 or 2003, as they moved to box office around that time.

Haha same here man. Been a long time since I watched a WWE/wrestling event live.

I used to live very close to my cousins before, and they had all the channels, so I remember just crashing over at night and watching them.

My interest in WWE went down after 04/05 I guess, but I started watching TNA in 08 . Occasionally watching Wrestlemania matches over the years though.

I guess interest dropped for a lot of attitude era kids around that time.

From about 2006-2011 I stopped watching completely. The Rock coming back got my attention again though, he's gone now of course but I suppose getting the casual viewer back was one of the main things they hoped for in bringing him back.

Yeah, The Rock has been my fave wrestler, I remember watching him training for Lesnar and thinking it was a massive deal back then, and when Lesnar beat him at Summerslam I was crushed (before I knew it was staged ) but even so, then he left for the movies .

Might just give this one a rest tbf, cba staying up for it , will watch it in the morning through the usual avenues.
