Awful performance. If Scotland were any good we should have been spanked.
Has all the hallmarks of a typical England tournament so far tbh.

Southgate defending his cautious approach to the match I mean he's right Scotland looked like world beaters in their defeat to the Czech Republic 
But then again we didn't look to good against Croatia either

it's really obvious our group is the lowest quality in the tournament - we've pubbed a 1-0 win aginst a very poor Croat side and couldn't beat an above-average but still not great Scotland side.
it's not good
he needs to drop K**t for DCL and start with Grealish and Saka on opposite wings
