Our fullbacks need to sort their game out. Marking has to be tighter and they can't go bombing forward all game and leave the team exposed as they have.

Not sure what changes we can make because these are supposed to be our possession players. Song, Arteta, Benayoun, Rosicky are expected to be able to keep the ball better than they are. If we throw on Oxlade, there's a danger of Liverpool out-running us completely and walking to goal even easier than they are now. Diaby could bring some physical presence but I suppose he's just as likely to start a fluid counter-attacking move as get sent off. High risk, to say the least.

I think we've been quite sloppy in giving the ball away very cheaply in dangerous areas. The midfield need to tighten up because Liverpool are picking passes through with ease.

Changing the wide players won't help us gain possession of the ball and stop the sloppy passes from the centre. They simply have to do better.
