Stuff like this p*sses me off, watching Liverpool comeback and stun Dortmund and looking good to possibly win the tournament when we don't have so much as a tin pot in the last 20 years in Europe, it's embarrassing that in that time Wenger hasn't managed to succeed even once.
Our comebacks seem to be limited to one goal from what we actually need so mean we always go out, never quite good enough!

In the second leg of both of these the tie is considered to be dead and therefore a) there is no expectation on us to win and b) it is hard to know how to see a game out with a substantial lead from the first leg.
But once the impossible becomes possible it's brown trousers time, can't deal with pressure.

Suggestion that overall statistically defending has been more thought through since Steve Bould became assistant manager, in the sense that we perform more deep blocking causing the opposition to shoot from distance more.
You'd argue of course that we still allow far too many crosses into the box.
However before Bould, Wenger was completely disinterested in defence and felt that getting any player to track back was stifling them creatively.
