That Hansen docu is a load of bullshit. I've caught 2 minutes of it where he says he's the one that analyses games by telling the team what clips to use. It's complete bollocks. A friend used to work at the BBC and says Dixon is the only one that actually watches the matches in detail and picks out what bits to analyse/expand on. The rest of them have others do it for them who then pass the information on, telling them what to say live on air.
What a bizarre documentary to commission?! Of all the people in the world, is that really the most interesting subject the beeb could come up with?

They're having him as some sort of Richie Benaud/Michael Palin figure and they can fuck right off with that. He had his own unique style and influence but the content of what he says is usually skewed and not easy on the ear at all.
I always thought his analysis lacked pace, power and precision.
Remember a couple of years back when Walcott scored a hat-trick against Blackburn(?) and Hansen somehow managed to destroy his performance and said Theo had no footballing brain. Imagine you watching MOTD after scoring a league hat-trick and getting slaughtered. Hansen got people talking (as is the case here) but that sort of shit belongs on Talksport not BBC.
Anyway, come on Arsene lets buy all the players.
