Sir Ches has been pretty great for us recently, he had hardly anything to do till that point and unlike before, he's being more consistent now.
The shirt thing is a tradition thing. I forgot what I was watching, but it was mentioned a few years back, we are the only club in the country to have to captain choose the length of sleeve, and everyone has to follow thing. And it's the team captain who chooses it, not the club captain.
