If we sign other players as well like Higuain, Bender, Gonalons etc then that suggests we are definitely going for the title. You could say that if we do make those sorts of signings then Koscielny will want to stay, which is fine. However, if he still wants to leave then that't not a big deal because there are plenty of high quality CBs around who are better than Koscielny anyway.

We have a few quid now (apparently) and we should use some of the money to seriously fuck over any player that doesn't understand taking the fans' cash comes with a few conditions. Loyalty, the demand for 100% effort week in week out, keeping your fucking mouth shut and doing the talking with your performances.
