The worst thing is, I don't think the manager or the board will worry too much about this defeat. The Capital One Cup was bottom of our priorities this season, we wouldn't have made a lot of money by winning it, and most important of all, you can't achieve UCL qualification through it. Secretly Wenger's probably a bit glad that he won't have extra fixtures in January and February clogging up the fixture list in our quest for the 4th place trophy.

It's a shame we're no longer a football club, the fans deserve more.

Of course he won't be pissed. I think the team he sent out he would have expected them to get through, but i doubt he'd be upset or the board now were not our of it.
