The real thing that must stick in the craw of United fans, is that despite the money they’ve spent and despite the fact that Brentford have lost Norgaard, Mbeumo and Wissa in one summer…Brentford have not only deservedly won today, they’ve arguably got a better team.

I genuinely struggle to see what will be achieved by sacking Amorim. I don’t think he’s the right coach for them, he makes Arteta seem tactically flexible and his record there is abysmal. But, it’s re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic. Yes they have a better front three than they did last season, but it’s still a hot mess in so many other ways. The goalkeeper is a ticking time bomb of fuck ups, Maguire is a comically bad defender, they over rely on Fernandes (who can be fantastic on his day, but is temperamental and becoming more inconsistent).
It’s just a completely toxic mess of a club, and i don’t know how they fix it. Man United is the UK basically

Interesting. This is the first time Liverpool been behind this season, so as for positive attitude well it will depend on Palace to maintain it in order to hold onto this lead…as i don’t think the deep block will keep Liverpool out as easily as it will us.
