Remarkable transformation in our club. Not enough to win every single game, ever. But then again - nobody does that. I like the fact we have won almost all of our games. I think that's a good thing.

It's not as good as Giroud's nose. His nose is a very good thing.

Behave yourself. From the last season no-one would have seriously have given us any chance this year at all. We've come on leaps and bounds this season, the title was always likely to be a step too far this year but before the season started the question was can we stay in the top 4. A discussion about our chances of the title would have been laughable. Now at least people were asking the question. I think we all knew in our heart of hearts that the answer was probably that we couldn't do it but we're (mostly) playing good football, winning a lot of games and the Dortmund game was an exceptional result. Will we win a trophy this year? Probably not. But it's looking like we're going in the right direction and from where we were last year that's all you can ask.

I don't think this result has really told us anything we didn't already know - basically we're a good side that, on the whole, is heading in the right direction, but we're also one that is still a bit of a work in progress and one that also still has a fairly serious flaw in terms of lack of options in certain areas. In general, I think we're getting the most out of what we have (or very close to it), and for the vast majority of our games we have more than enough to get by, but, until we can add to the squad, then it seems kind of inevitable that we're going to suffer from fatigue and/or lack of variety [if we need a different option to work around an opponent who has their tactics spot on against us] at some point. Not much we can do about that until at least january though, other than hope that the players we do have return from injury and illness quickly - until then, we need to stay behind the team, because we're still in a great position in the Prem and CL, and have a lot to lose if we (and the players) allow ourselves to get too negative...

Yeah. After the Dortmund and Chelsea games we completely fell apart against Liverpool and Dortmund.
