Wonder if he has any regrets about joining the MLS. Not as bad a waste as Beckham but still...after Barcelona he was capable of another couple of seasons at the top and adapting his game without pace as a squaddie. He's got 50 years after football to spend in the states.
But must say I'm quite impressed with Henry and Pires training randomly with Arsenal. The facilities are top notch but they have no real reason to hang around now that they've retired. They can 'stay fit' anywhere but I think they're trying to help out. Credit to Arsene too for keeping that connection.
I love Thierry Henry.
He could still do a perfect job for us compared to Bendtner, he might have lost a yard of pace, but is still a lethal goal scorer who makes runs behind the defence.
