RVP is dead.
RVP is dead.
They certainly do get the breaks, we know that. But in this case Torres has a choice. He gets brushed by Evans at best and can either go on a take the shot or cheat. If he's brought down its a different matter, but he decides to dive when through on goal. What kind of football is that? And commentators like Redknapp will tell us this is all part of the game. Well it shouldn't be and the same **** Redknapp will also coo like a prick when some overrated toss scores a goal... Kids should be watching this he'll say. But should they be watching Torres cheating because it's just a part of the game? Well the kids saw the cheat walk today so eat that with your "professional" ates Jamie.

Brown paper bags! Sir Alex at it again.
Five added minutes.
Can I remind you what happened yesterday against QPR though?
Today Chelsea haven't just had one bad decision but two crucial decisions a 2nd sending off (which should have been the Man U player) and a offside goal.
Basically two decisions which completely changed the game in favour of Man U. Ref's make mistakes but that many key mistakes in such a big match?
I agree the bias towards Man U has been poor today, but the refs never get picked up on this, they can't even be interviewed about it. Shocking.
Valencia booked for diving.![]()
Valencia.
Dear god.
I do agree with you to an extent. The contact isn't enough to bring him down but the fact that players go down after any contact is as much the fault of referees as the players. Not because they can't recognise dives. But because - if the player stays on his feet after being fouled - they hardly ever get the decision. The act of going down seems to be necessary in confirming the decision.
