Thanx for that man. You made my day almost as much as the 3 ponts did. We should be looking at Podolski or Soldado at Valencia. that class rather than Bent or his ilk. heres hoping. The thing the board do not realsie is that Van Persie will only stay if he sees more players of his own calibre around him in the club. I hear he wants us to go after Ibrahim afellay at Barca to show Walcott how it should be done.
Afellay is out for the season. I think having a 'world class' back up is only any good if RVP gets injured - what we need first and foremost is somebody else that poses a goal threat whilst he can start too.
RvP's not going to get injured - this is his year on a plate. Nobody outside Arsenal will give the guy due credit (top 3 in the world) but we'll know.
