His superior attitude towards the fans is disgusting. This is no way to treat supporters, many of whom travel 100s of miles to support the team away from home, and keep singing despite the team putting up an abject, cowardly performance. Can you imagine Fergie doing the same? Of course not, because there's a connection with the fans at Man Utd, unlike here where the board, Chief Exec and manager all act as if we're a burden on the club with our lofty expectations, and in an ideal world we would be replaced by compliant prawn sandwich eaters more interested in appearing trendy than supporting the team through thick and thin.
