They guy actually was asked why on twitter by another fan, his logic was that, to him Arsenal is the most feared team in the world and the T-Rex being the most feared dinosaur, or something like that.
This "news"paper without doubt has an agenda. The poll was open to ALL fans but apparently only Arsenal fans realised and it allowed us to vote up a "flop" who is stealing a living.

Incidentally, according to Squawka who grade every player (probably by some dubious method but certainly in a more authoritative manner than the Metro chip wrapper and shit wiper), Lukaku ranked 60th out of all PL players, Bony was 63rd and Puncheon was 129th.
Ozil was 33rd.
Kos and Merts were 8th and 9th respectively, Kompany (the best defender in the world) was 44th.
And so this is why Arsenal fans had to "rig" the vote, because we our guys to be top in the virtual world as well as the real world.
PS. Milner was 198th and the £40mill David Luiz was 214th.
