A couple of weeks ago you were saying that the McManaman challenge was getting a lot more coverage than say the Eduardo one.
We aren't talking about dangerous play here, we're talking about violent conduct. And unquestionably it is. It's such a visceral act and there's no way something like that can be done accidentally or the old favourite 'without intent'. That's a big part of why bad challenges are routinely forgotten about say a couple of days after it and it's not like I agree with it because I have spent many a time lamenting how those incidents are represented but that'll be the reason for why it is getting 'more coverage'.
The skin wasn't designed to cope with getting a good chomp, I wouldn't say it's exactly dangerous but of course with something like that there is always the risk of infection. To Suarez, not just Ivanovic.
