Overall, good set of results. Come on Arsenal, and...City
Amazingly there was nothing wrong with Utd's second goal. I looked at it several times and it appears to be legitimate. Make of that what you will, funny old game, you couldn't make it up, Gary - just how good is Wayne Rooney, is he the best striker we've ever seen in this league?

So when we're not mentally prepared and out shit Everton we'll still retain 4thwin:win

"After all, it was the Gunners’ goalkeeper who started the move that culminated in Thomas’ crowning glory. It was Lukic who, in injury time, decided to throw the ball out to Lee Dixon rather than lump it long..."

It's over.

Man ure are simply awful to watch. Smalling hoof to loo brush is all they do these days. Rooney the fraud is the most overhyped player in the history of the league, is really is a despicable cu*t.
The saddest thing is we will roll over just like these second rate teams do next Monday and take it up the aris just like we dod ever season up there.
They played a bit better today, mainly because they've been so bad that bringing Young back in has improved them. Young was a flop in Ferguson's teams but he's a cut above the shite Moyes and van Gaal brought in. Di Maria was beyond poor. That Blind bloke is the most ordinary player you'll ever see. Smalling is a disaster zone. Valencia looks desperately unfit. Makes no odds if Falcao is on the pitch or not if you exclude his dive in the box but anyone could have done that. Rooney wins a ton of free kicks by hitting the deck every time an opponent comes within a yard, grim but effective. They have a goalkeeper, Herrera and Carrick will be back soon.
We're better in every position bar the goalkeeper. If we don't win both the upcoming encounters against them we'll have done ourselves no justice at all. Sure enough they'll have the ref and linesmen but still no excuse given our superiority on paper. But can our manager do his job and pick a team and the tactics to win? Can he earn his money when it matters? Our record is so poor that we can't even fall back on statistical probability or pure luck. We'll have to win by everyone doing their jobs properly, including Wenger.
