So apparently Endo was in an offside position when blocking off Chilwell from intercepting Van Dijk

He’s either offside or he’s not. What he’s doing whilst standing in an offside position barely seems relevant

I always found the interfering in play argument bollocks. But basing it on what a player could or would do is absurd

Exactly, no issue with the goal being disallowed….just can’t be doing with arbitrary rules. I know it’s an old argument but if you’re not interfering in play, why are you even on the pitch?

Keep it simple I say

All it will take now is for a penalty to be awarded, when someone’s hand is deemed to be in an unnatural position because seemingly no one in the VAR studio has ever seen someone jump before
