Moutinho looked a class player in the Euros. Think the spuds have got an upgrade for Modric.
I wonder when (if ever) we'll spend £20m+ on a player. I'm not saying top players have to cost £20m (Cazorla is a £20m+ player) but if you want guarantees (or as close as) you do generally need to spend big.
