    One season wonder.

    Kevin Phillips.

Go big or fuck off. We need a suarez. 50m big fuck off signing of intent.

    Vardy is not that man.
If he isnt going to cost too much, then go for it. Knows the PL, can dam well hit a ball too. Id take him over Morata etc.

As long as we don't attempt to turn him into a Wengerbot he stands a good chance of succeeding. Wrighty was signed at a similar age and look what happened there.

This move is a gamble but it's one I'd take for sure.

Price wise it's as small a gamble as we are going to get for the potential productivity. Unless we sign Jansen? But that's a bigger gamble in terms of the player...

Finally he'll have closed that 2% gap.
Maybe. I'm still of the opinion he was, as LDG puts it, a one season wonder but we certainly need a striker.
And yes, if it upsets Linekar then that can only be a good thing.

Let's see what happens, Leicester could easily offer him more money to stay. Ball is in his court.

Very surprised Wenger is interested in him. He's probably desperate to win the league with a year left on his deal.
Exactly. He's a very direct player, who works very well on the counter. I've no idea how he would work in a team that holds onto the ball for most the game and only a small amount of chances come from counter attacking.
