NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.

Bit harsh on Vieira, think he suffered from not having an out-and-out striker to try to provide for

And he only came off in the 84th minute ffs for his 14 minutes Xhaka was ok, but he's probably better as a sub when the opposition has slowed down to his pace

But yes Nelson was excellent, really like his directness (are you watching Zinchenko) and really pleased he turned the match

A long dead club in a long dead league for a long dead sport.

Yes, yes, dive in with your condemnations of reality. I won't pay a moment's heed - until the end of the season. Then we'll talk.

That said. F1 was actually quite entertaining today. So not all sport is totally dead.
This would be the F1 that fixed a win for Verstappen with the most blatant title-deciding intervention ever seen in sport?

Well, firstly let's deal with that bullshit. Bournemouth have already got the same points or more than 6 of these teams finished on.

Given the games left it seems vanishingly unlikely that they won't get more than the rest.
And while I agree going 2-0 down against them is a "bad thing", given that we were at home and it was very much a "must win", isn't it the end result you care about? See you in May, right? But when it suits you, you're dwelling on the mid-point of a game.

Meanwhile the gypos beat an actual team.
An actual team who are in bloody awful form. Since the World Cup they've W2 D5 L2 in the league.
We are 22 points above this "actual team" (having played 2 games more, admittedly).
Were The Invincibles an actual team? Right now we have 1 point less than they had at this point.

The writing is huge on the wall. I'll be laughing when the "everyone knew" moment comes. It's all so painfully predictable and yet, the fans buy it every season.
Which fans? I don't know a single Arsenal fan who is confident we will win the league. I literally said in this thread that I still feel it's unlikely. At times I've started to believe it possible. Today felt like "a moment" and if we do finish on top come May this will be a massive result. But most fans are still being realistic.
Literally no-one expected a title challenge this year. We didn't even finish in the top 4 last year and kept tripping over our own feet when trying to.
So spare us the "told you so" come May, you're not saying anything we don't know. We're just enjoying watching a team who are fighting for each other, a team we can finally get behind.

A long dead club in a long dead league for a long dead sport.
Well stop watching then. Oh, you have. Fine, but why post on here about it? I mean, you have the right to but what's the actual point?
Why don't you put us all out of your misery?
If you can't enjoy a 97th minute winner in a must win game in a season when we are improbably in a title race then just stop bothering us.
    Read the room.

TL;DR, do stop being such a cunt. There's a good chap.

I doubt very much we’ll win the league - we have a ridiculous run in.

I brought my laptop down to my mate’s house today so he could watch the match. Because of health reasons, he is almost housebound. Watching this made his day, especially with the last second winner.

If you can’t find any joy in this, then I don’t know what to say.
If you don’t send this signature to ten people, you will become a Spurs fan.

No, this would be an entirely different season that just started. Not my fault if you are still crying about your girlfriend, that's something you have to deal with.

    Joy?

That would be a bit like pausing to listen to the band on the Titanic, right? That act alone doesn't stop the inevitable.

Afraid you have competition in the cunt department? Never fear, you are untouchable.
